In order to assist readers who may need a little help with reading our articles, we have historically offered two or three articles accompanied by glossaries in each issue of Afn Shvel. These glossaries explain the more difficult words or expressions — as they are used in the context of the given article — in a simpler Yiddish. Some of these articles can be found here in PDF format.
Several other Afn Shvel articles with glossaries are currently available completely online; the reader can click on the majority of words and receive an on-screen English definition.
