  Yiddish Today” is a series of video programs that present artists from around the world who are creating contemporary Yiddish culture.

  In this episode: A conversation with the people behind the scenes of the play “The Sages of Chelm” which was staged a few months ago at the Dora Wasserman Yiddish Theatre in Montreal. Eli Benedict interviews Rivka Augenfeld, Sivan Slapak and Raizel Fishman Candib, about the history of the play, Dora Wasserman, and teaching Yiddish to the actors and their own relationship to Yiddish.
