  A conversation (in Yiddish) between Eli Benedict and ‪‪‪‪Prof. Dov-Ber (Berl) Kotlerman. ‪‪Prof. Kotlerman is marking the publication of his new Yiddish poetry collection, Tkies-kaf: Diptikhlekh (Handclasp: Diptychs), recently released by CYCO (New York). The book presents poetic pairs – diptychs – that explore shared themes through shifting voices and reflections. Kotlerman is a leading Yiddish scholar, author, and director of the Rena Costa Center for Yiddish Studies at Bar-Ilan University. ‪In this conversation, we read selected poems and explore the creative path behind them, alongside reflections on his wider work in Yiddish culture, literature, and memory.
