Father ‹Mother›, I want to ask you the four questions:
פֿאַר וואָס איז די דאָזיקע נאַכט פֿון פּסח אַנדערש פֿון אַלע נעכט פֿון אַ גאַנץ יאָר?

Why is this Passover night different from all other nights of the year?
אַלע נעכט פֿון אַ גאַנץ יאָר עסן מיר סײַ חמץ סײַ מצה, אָבער די נאַכט פֿון פּסח עסן מיר נאָר מצה.

On all other nights of the year we eat both leavened and unleavened bread; but on the night of Passover we only eat unleavened bread [matzo].
אַלע נעכט פֿון אַ גאַנץ יאָר עסן מיר אַלערליי גרינסן, אָבער די נאַכט פֿון פּסח עסן מיר נאָר מרור ‹ביטערע קרײַטעכצער›.

On all other nights of the year we eat all kinds of vegetables, but on the night of Passover we only eat maror ‹bitter herbs›.
אַלע נעכט פֿון אַ גאַנץ יאָר טונקען מיר אַפֿילו איין מאָל אויך נישט אײַן, אָבער די נאַכט פֿון פּסח טונקען מיר אײַן צװײ מאָל: איין מאָל אין חרוסת און איין מאָל אין זאַלצוואַסער.
